Dr. Fawaz

Education – Dr. Raed S. Fawaz graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1992 where he completed both his undergraduate studies in Neuro-Physio-Psychology in 1988 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 1992.
Professional Associations – He is an active member of the ADA, CDA, OCDS, NHAD, ACD, and AACD and has served on the Orange County Dental Society Board for ten years. In 2009 he was the OCDS President and for more than six years he has continued as a member delegate to the CDA. On October 2016, he was honored with membership into the American College of Dentist, a highly prestigious association.
Continuing Education – Dr. Fawaz takes great pride in consistently providing dental excellence for his patients. He regularly attends dental conferences and congresses, along with his team, in his efforts to stay current on the best and latest techniques. The knowledge he has acquired and his continuing educational background are the basis for Dr. Fawaz being able to offer the best treatment options to clients in search of optimal dental health.
Community Service – Over the years Dr. Fawaz has enjoyed being a contributing community leader. He has advocated for dental association membership inclusion of all dental health personnel: hygienists, assistants, and technicians. Dr. Fawaz voted for the addition of cavity fighting fluoride to city water nearly state wide. He has lobbied CA state assemblymen for more funds to support dental health access programs for the population in need. In addition to being involved in and volunteering his time to organized dentistry, he also gives of his skills and services locally in programs such as Healthy Smiles, Orange County Community Clinics, and at local Health Fairs. Dr. Fawaz has donated dental services to orphans, farm workers, and local church members. He has also given to the meals-on-wheels program and is a member of the Mission Viejo Kiwanis Club.
Ana - Front Office Administrator
In her kind and gentle way, Ana will help you with your proposed treatments and will make sure you receive the care you need. With over ten years of experience, she will arrange the financial plan that takes into consideration your personal resources. She understands what it takes to fit your dental needs into a budget that works.
Yaneli - Clinic Administrator
When you come, Yaneli will actively serve you with all the required preparations and details so that you feel cared for. From assisting Dr. Fawaz with your evaluation to taking your X-rays or polishing your teeth or adjusting your braces, she has over 18 years experience at making your time with us a pleasure. You will always see Yaneli smiling and working behind the scenes to keep our practice running smoothly and efficiently. She has a gentle touch and is gifted in delicate surgical procedures.
Azita - Dental Hygienist
You will find Azita is a passionate hygienist who believes that a healthy smile equals a heathly body. She takes pride in her work and finds the quality of her service of the utmost importance. She graduated from Cerritos College in Oral Hygiene in 2010 with honors and has enjoyed working with Dr. Fawaz and his team for the past three years because of their professionalism and quality of care and service. Azita enjoys tennis, hiking, and most importantly spending time with her family.
Brooke - Dental Hygienist
Brooke strives to make you as comfortable as possible to help you achieve a healthy smile. She has been in the dental field for over 10 years with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UCLA in 2000 and a degree from Darton College (Georgia) in Dental Hygiene in 2004. She loves working with Dr. Fawaz in this close family-like environment where everyone knows each other. She is orginally from the Lake Tahoe area, enjoys skiing, comes from a family of dentists.
