General Restorative Services
Dr. Fawaz has the full offering of general restorative and preventive services. These include:

Oral Surgery and Endodontics (Root Canals)
If it becomes necessary, Dr. Fawaz will recommend and perform oral surgery to alleviate impacted teeth (removal of wisdom teeth), repair and save decayed or infected teeth (root canals), or replace missing teeth through dental implants.
Implants – Dr. Fawaz recommends the use of Nobel Biocare implants which offer a reliable, time tested product. Nobel has been a leader in the field of implants with over 50 years of research and innovation. All their implants are made from grade 4 titanium with a TiUnite surface treatment. The resulting rough surface texture increases the surface area in the implants and expedites osseointegration even under conditions like low bone density and immediate loading. Nobel Biocare offers a 10-year guarantee for every dental implant.
Orthodontics
Dr. Fawaz offers SureSmile, Invisalign or ClearCorrect and traditional braces so he can help you decide objectively what is best for you. A number of factors will go into your decision including cost, appearance, severity of misalignment, and lifestyle intrusion. You will not be pressured into a particular solution and Dr. Fawaz will carefully and patiently explain your options.
On-Site 3D Digital X-ray and Digital Scanner
Dr. Fawaz offers the latest technology for quick diagnosis of dental issues. For orthodontic Aligners, our combined digital X-ray and Scanner provides a “one stop shop” for teeth measurements.
Digital X-ray – Our 3D X-ray machine allows for diagnosis of endodontic issues, orthodontic measurements, and implant placement.
Digital Scanner – Our digital scanner provides increased speed, accuracy, and comfort over old-style mold impressions.
Cosmetics
Even if your teeth and gums are healthy, there may be a chance to beautify your smile by removing discoloration and stains, or correcting chipped or gapped teeth. We are always happy to share more information with you about cosmetic options during an individual consultation in our office at your convenience. We offer a number of options including bonding, esthetic porcelain veneers, natural looking dentures, and teeth whitening.
Veneers – Dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length. If you are interested in veneers to improve your look, ask Dr. Fawaz for information on your option.
Teeth Whitening – Dr. Fawaz recommends using “Opalescence Go” which is the professional alternative to over-the-counter whitening options. It’s a simple, fast, and great-tasting way to start a whitening treatment or for whitening touch-ups.
- Opalescence tooth whitening gel contains PF (potassium nitrate and fluoride), which helps maintain the health of enamel throughout the whitening process
- Discreet, clear tray material with peach, melon, and mint flavors
- 6% (wear 60–90 minutes for 5 to 10 days), 10% (wear 30–60 minutes for 5 to 10 days), and 15% (wear 15–20 minutes for 5 to 10 days)
